Shipping policy

Maven offers free shipping for customers within India. For customers outside of India, we offer free shipping for orders over USD 300 (conversion rate at the time of ordering applies)

For deliveries within India, the price of the product includes all the state and central taxes and duties

For deliveries outside of India, the price does not include import duty(s) or any other tax, brokerage, etc. levied by the recipient's country

Once we ship your order, we will send you the tracking details over email and SMS/WhatsApp. The estimated delivery time of delivery is 4-5 days after the dispatch within India and 6-8 days after the dispatch outside of India

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our quality control team. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately. It is mandatory to have unboxing video(s) to raise a complaint/dispute

Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that we may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option/store credit/full refund

We use reliable courier services for deliveries such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, DTDC, Shadowfax, eComExpress and Delhivery.
